Learned State counsel has stated that though respondent No. 5 in this case is Subhash Chand, Sarpanch Village Akera, Tehsil Nuh, District Nuh, Mewat but since tenure of Gram Panchayat has come to an end and an Administrator has been appointed by the BDPO Nuh, Mewat to manage the affairs, therefore, the written statement has been filed on behalf of respondent No. 5 also. As pointed out by the State counsel, the petitioner had made a statement that whatever information he had sought regarding that he has seen relevant record and now he is satisfied with such information provided.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Similar was the position on the last date of hearing. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in further prosecution of the writ petition. The same stands dismissed for nonprosecution. (H.S.
