(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Mandeep Singh states that upon completion of the investigations on the complaint of the petitioner, the police has filed cancellation report before the court concerned on 24.10.2019. In the light of the same, counsel for the petitioner has made statement withdrawing the present petition, however, reserving the right of the petitioner to rake up all the pleas before the competent court in appropriate proceedings. Allowed to do so.
