**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the notification dated 11.07.2016 (Annexure P-4) qua the Gram Panchayat, Village Bachre, Tehsil and District Tarn Taran.

After arguing for sometime, when the Bench was not inclined to entertain the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedy, if any, available to him, in accordance with law.
