Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of impugned note (at the end of transfer policy) (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per the note given at the end of the draft transfer and mobility policy, the employees have been restricted to give objections for maximum three clauses. The respondents could not restrict the employees to submit objections for maximum three clauses. There could be some employees who may want to submit more objections to the transfer and mobility policy.

In the present case, the respondents have circulated Draft (transfer and mobility policy for Class-I Officers). Note given at the end of the policy reads as under- "If an employee wants to submit feedback regarding Draft GURPREET SINGH 2016.01.28 11:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

Civil Writ Petition No. 1324 of 2016 -2of Class-I Transfer and Mobility Policy, he/she may give the feedback (One time only) for maximum 3 clauses. Last date for giving feedback is 23/01/2016. Open using Mozilla Firefox Browser only."

The respondents in their wisdom have restricted the objections which can be filed by each employee qua the draft policy. As per the note, every employee can give the feedback for maximum three clauses. The said note calls for no interference by this Court while exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Dismissed.
