**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 202 dated 14.4.2021, registered under Section 379-A IPC and later on added Sections 408, 120-B, 182, 201, 34 IPC, Police Station Gharaunda, District Karnal.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been named in the present FIR; that the FIR in question has been registered against two unknown persons and petitioner has falsely been involved in the present case and so far as the other cases against the petitioner are concerned, the petitioner has falsely been involved in those cases also and in one case, he has been acquitted. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is ready to deposit the recovery as stated by the prosecution agency.

CRM-M No. 35382 of 2021 -2snatched a bag, containing a tab biometric, charger, power bank and Rs. 1,50,000/-, from the complainant. As per the prosecution version, two co-accused, namely, Krishan and Parveen alias Pitra, who were working with complainant Asif in Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited Company, along with the petitioner, looted the complainant in a planned manner. The allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature. Though, the petitioner has been acquitted in the one of the FIRs, yet other FIRs of similar nature are also pending against him.
No ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made out.
The petition is dismissed..
