Present petition under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to respondent No.3, namely Kuldeep Singh in case FIR No. 129 dated 06.10.2017, registered under Sections 406 & 420 IPC at Police Station City, Nawanshahar, by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, S.B.S. Nagar. As per the provisions of Section 439(2) Cr.P.C., present petition is not maintainable before this Court and the same stands dismissed.
