(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to the respondents No.1 and 2 to conduct reinvestigation in the instant case bearing FIR No. 0135 dated 19.03.2023 under Sections 34/323/377/406/498-A/506 IPC at Police Station 13-17, Panipat keeping in view the glaring discrepancies in the challan dated 15.05.2023.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere in this case; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

Permitted to do so.
