(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 15.03.2022 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Faridabad in MNT-561-2019 dated 22.10.2019 whereby in a proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has been directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/- p.m.to the respondents. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.
