By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for directing respondents No.1 and 2 for transferring the inquiry being conducted by respondents No.3 and 4 on a complaint made by respondents No.5 and 6.

Upon advance notice, Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Sr. D.A.G. Punjab submits that the petitioner has already approached respondent No.2 for some relief by way of representation dated 04.06.2023 (Annexure P-2) which shall be considered and dealt with preferably within a period of six weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into representation dated 04.06.2023 submitted by petitioner and take appropriate action thereupon and proceed with the same within a period of 8 weeks from today, however, it is made clear that the aforesaid direction shall not be construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the same. 4.

Disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
