JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The petitioners seek grant of the anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in a case bearing GD No.21 dated 18.09.2020 under Sections 326, 323, 324, 506, 148, 149 IPC registered with Police Station Bhindi Saidan, District Amritsar Rural (Annexure P-1) in FIR No.0110 dated 04.09.2020 under Sections 326, 506, 148 and 149 IPC registered with Police Station Bhindi Saidan, District Amritsar Rural (Annexure P-2). The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 26.07.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

The learned State counsel submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 26.07.2022 and are not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 26.07.2022 is made absolute.

However, the petitioners shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and they shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands disposed of.
