SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer is for quashing of complaint bearing No.NACT 226 of 2022 titled as Punjab and Sind Bank vs. Swaran Singh as well as summoning order dated 03.10.2022 passed by learned JMIC, Nakodar, summoning the petitioner to face trial under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail any other alternative remedy available, as per law so as to settle the dispute with the Bank. Prayer is accepted.
