*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.1 to reissue passport of the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the passport already stands issued to the petitioner. 3.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
