NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner while praying for anticipatory bail submitted that he has only been named by the co-accused and nothing has been recovered from him.

No doubt the petitioner has been named by the co-accused but the fact remains that the petitioner has been named as the person who supplied the drugs to the main accused from whom the recovery is effected. Hence, his custodial interrogation is necessary to find out the source of said intoxicant injections. Moreover, three other cases are also pending against the petitioner.
