(Oral) At this stage, counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the decision of his appeal, alleged to have been filed before the Chairman, Haryana School Education Board-cum-Financial Commissioner & Principal Secretary to Govt. of Haryana, Education Department, Haryana Civil Sectt., Chandigarh, on 24.06.2015 against the order dated 08.06.2015 passed by the Board of School Education, Haryana. It is submitted that on one hand the appeal is not being decided and on the other hand, the petitioner is apprehending that the respondents may not take any coercive steps against it. He has, thus, prayed that the Appellate Authority, who is seized of the appeal filed by the petitioner, may be directed to decide the same at the earliest.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and keeping in view the facts and circumstances much-less the prayer made at the bar, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority, who is seized of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 24.06.2015, to decide the same within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing and by passing a speaking order.
