Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.0102 dated 25.04.2025 registered under Section 316(2) of BNS at Police Station Dera Bassi, District SAS Nagar, Mohali. 2.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre. The report of Mediation Centre in this regard is already on record. It is further submitted that the petitioner has made compliance of the settlement and transferred a sum of Rs.43 lakhs in the account of the complainant. 3.
Learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Sumit Mor submitted that in compliance of order dated 16.05.2025, the petitioner has already joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation or custodial interrogation.
