**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for respondents No.2 & 3 states that in terms of the conciliation agreement dated 29.09.2016, executed between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, the petitioners had failed to deposit the amount which was due on 10th November, 2016. It is further stated that the said amount was deposited on 16.11.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted because of the demonetization of the currency, the same could not be deposited on time. The explanation seems to be plausible.

Learned counsel for respondents No.2 & 3 states that the household articles in terms of the conciliation agreement shall be released on or before 30th November, 2016. Let the needful be done by the said date. 4.

In view of the above and on the basis of the conciliation agreement entered into between the parties, the writ petition is disposed of Jawala Ram 2016.11.23 15:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No. 13280 of 2016 [ 2 ] by recording that the parties shall remain bound by the terms & conditions of the agreement. However, in case, there is any violation by either of the parties, they shall be at liberty to apply for revival of the writ petition.
