(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.38, dated 18.08.2020, under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Women, District Police Commissionerate Jalandhar. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 28.09.2020, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. This fact is not disputed by the counsel for the State as well. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Surinder Kaur, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 28.09.2020, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
