Service of respondents No.1 and 2 was also not effected, on account of incomplete addresses, as per office noting. Seemingly, the appellants are not interested in pursuing the instant appeal. Hence, the same is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution, with the clause of revival, if anyone makes appearance on behalf of either of the parties, within a period of three months from today onwards.
