**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has approached this Court for the issuance of a writ, order or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the amount of Rs.18,08,560/- for the work completed by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the work has already been completed on 30.12.2020, but dues of the petitioner have not been released.
Precisely for the grievance in question, a legal notice dated 06.06.2022 (Annexure P-2) has been served upon the respondents but the same has also not been adverted to by the respondents including the competent authority/respondent No.4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case his legal notice dated 06.06.2022 (Annexure P-2) is directed to be decided by MOHMED ATIK 2022.07.22 17:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Vivek Chauhan, Addl. A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider the pending legal notice dated 06.06.2022 (Annexure P-2) got issued by the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
If the claim of the petitioner is established with reference to record, then the payment be released to the petitioner forthwith.
If the claim of the petitioner is found to be not sustainable, then a copy of decision be supplied to the petitioner at the earliest.
