Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that without declaring the final result of the eligible candidates, the process of further recruitment is being undertaken which is causing prejudice to the petitioner as, the petitioner is unaware of his merit keeping in view the candidates, who have ultimately cleared the Common Eligibility Test.

Learned State counsel submits that she has instructions that the revised final result of the Common Eligibility Test will be declared within a period of 2-3 weeks from today and thereafter, the further process of further selection will be initiated.
