The prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the order, whereby the petitioner has been suspended from service as also directing the respondents to reinstate him w.e.f. 04.11.2019. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 states that the petitioner stands reinstated in service by respondent No.6 on the order passed by respondent No.5 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner affirms the aforesaid factum, however, states that the dues and arrears are still pending, regarding which, she would submit a detailed representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

CWP-17229-2021 (O&M) -2case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case petitioner submits a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided, expeditiously, in accordance with law. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to her and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith.
