Learned counsel for the petitioner states that case of the petitioner is squarely covered by order dated 15.07.2025 passed in CWP No. 19110 of 2014, titled as "Raj Kumar and others vs. State of Haryana and others".

Order dated 15.07.2025 passed in CWP No. 19110 of 2014 is reproduced as below:- "1.
The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of order dated 11.04.2013 (Annexure P-9) whereby their claim for grant of arrears on revision of pay scale from Rs.1200-2040 to Rs.4000-6000 w.e.f. 01.05.1990 has been rejected.

The petitioners claim that issue involved herein is no more res integra. A Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 25.03.2025 passed in a bunch PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2026.01.20 04:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP No. 143 of 2015(O&M) -2of petitions including Civil Writ Petition No.11710 of 2014 titled as 'Sarbans Singh and others Vs. The State of Haryana and others' has settled the issue. 3.
Mr. Raman Sharma, Addl. A.G., Haryana expressed his inability to controvert applicability of above-said judgment to instant petition.

In the wake of statement of learned counsel for the parties, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent to consider claim of petitioners in the light of afore-cited judgment. 5.
Let the needful be done within a period of three months from today."

Learned State counsel expressed his inability to controvert applicability of aforesaid order to instant case. 4.
In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of in terms of Raj Kumar and others (Supra).
