(Oral) Reply by way of affidavit of Atma Ram, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, City Panipat, filed, in which it is mentioned that alleged detenue Gulfasha had got her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. before the Magistrate, wherein she stated that she had solemnized her marriage with respondent No.4 Molvi Mehtab on 10.3.2017, without any pressure and her parents are not happy with the said marriage. She had stated that she wants to live with her husband. Copy of the statement of Gulfasha in that regard has been placed on the file. Alleged detenue Gulfasha has appeared in the Court and reiterated the contentions, which she had made in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.
