Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, to issue a writ of certiorari to quash the impugned orders dated 20.02.2015 (P-7) and 25.08.2005 (P-5), whereby claim of petitioner for regularization of her services was rejected. Learned State Counsel has produced a copy of order dated 10.11.2021, vide which services of petitioner for the post of Sweeper has been regularized. The aforesaid order is taken on record as 'Mark-X'. In view of the aforesaid order, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the present petition and prays for disposing of the same. Ordered accordingly.
