Through this revision petition, the petitioner prays for issuance of directions to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Rewari, to expedite the proceedings in Vikash v. Rohini and Another (Petition No. DMC/615/2019 dated 27.09.2019).

Learned counsel representing the petitioner, while drawing the attention of the Court to the interim orders, contends that the respondents are being given unnecessary adjournments as they have already availed five opportunities.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Rewari, is directed to consider the request of the petitioner.

With the observations made above, the present revision petition stands disposed of.
