ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the salary of petitioner which is due from 01.05.2021 till date along with interest. 2.

Petitioner is working as Pump Operator, Gram Panchayat Sultanpur, Tehsil and Block Nagina, District Nuh under the public health engineeringdepartment. He pleads that he has not been paid salary after April- 2021, despite extracting work from him. 3.

Qua his aforesaid grievance, petitioner submitted representation dated 10.05.2022 (Annexure P-5) followed by another representation dated 07.06.2022 (Annexure P-6) and reminder dated 15.06.2022 (Annexure P-7),but the same have not been adverted till date. Hence the petition.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by competent authority, either way, on the pending representation dated 07.06.2022 (Annexure P-6). 5.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks decision on the pending representation, as suggested by learned State counsel.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the representation dated 07.06.2022 (Annexure P-6) of the petitioner and pass an administrative order, in accordance with law, within 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 8.

Disposed of accordingly.
