******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Reply by way of affidavit of Assistance Commissioner of Police, NIT Faridabad filed by learned State counsel is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that minor (Jyoti) is presently living with her parents. FIR No. 253 dated 13.06.2017 was registered on the complaint of petitioner against respondents no. 6 to 11. During investigation of that case, minor was traced and her custody was handed over to her parents. Investigation of that FIR is still in progress and appropriate steps will be taken to file final report. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail all other legal remedy available to her under the law.
