(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners states that after filing of the writ petition, the Registrar, Firms and Societies, Chandigarh has passed an order dated 17.07.2015 in relation to the manner in which election of the office bearers of the respondent-Society was required to be conducted as per the Societies Registration Act, 1860. She seeks and is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to seek implementation of that order by approaching the appropriate forum. Ordered accordingly.
