(ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in the case of Ashrafi and others v. State of Haryana and others (Civil Appeal Nos. 3279-3287 of 2013, decided on 11.4.2013), vide which the compensation has been assessed at Rs. 325/- per square yard. It is submitted that this appeal shall have to be disposed of in terms of the said decision.
