The petitioner, a partnership firm, has been granted L-13 Licence in respect of Country Liquor in Distt.Jind for Zone 7 and 8 for the period from 1.4.2019 to 31.3.2020 at total licence fee of Rs.8,45,77,777/-. For the said period petitioner has also been granted L-14A retail outlet licence. In the present petition, grievance of the petitioner is that despite depositing the full payment, respondent no.5 did not permit the petitioner to lift the required quota of liquor in contravention of the Excise Policy 2019-20, as there is some dispute between one of the partners and respondent no.5. Notice of motion was issued.
