(Oral) The petitioner has filed the present petition to quash the order dated 01.08.2013 (Anenxure P-3) whereby the benefit of increment of higher responsibility granted to him on promotion from the post of Master to the Lecturer and thereafter from Lecturer to Headmaster has been withdrawn without giving any show cause notice or hearing. The respondent in the written statement has stated that neither the order dated 01.08.2013 (Annexure P-3) has been implemented nor the pay of the petitioner has been reduced till date. In case, there is any reduction is made in the pay of the petitioner, then he will be given due opportunity of hearing.

Keeping in view the stand taken in the written statement, this writ petition stands disposed of as its premature at this stage. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file fresh in case the cause of action arises, in accordance with law.
