(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the FIR No.120 dated 04.07.2020 under Sections 285, 323, 506, 325 and 34 IPC 1860, Section 27(1) Arms Act 1959, registered at Police Station Sector Manesar, District Gurugram (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2) and all subsequent proceedings arising out of it.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
