The petitioner has challenged the award dated 29.04.2015 passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Rohtak, by which the respondent no.2-workman has been held entitled to reinstatement with continuity of service and 50% back wages from the date of demand notice. The only argument raised by counsel for the petitioner is that services of respondent no.2-workman were not terminated rather he had abandoned the job.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The learned Court below has threadbare discussed the evidence available on record about the abandonment of job by respondent no.2workman in para 11 of the award. Counsel for the petitioner has failed to dislodge the said findings because if respondent no.2-workman was

In view thereof, there is no reason for this Court to interfere in the award of the Labour Court.
