(Oral) The petitioner through the present writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to respondent Bank to drop securitization proceedings initiated against respondent No.4 i.e. M/s Indian Trading Co., in which the property of the deceased mother of the petitioner on the ground that the entire loan amount has already been recovered.

After arguing for sometime, when the Bench was not inclined to agree with the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition 3.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
