This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 18.02.2021 passed in CM-2522-2021 in CWP12233-2020. 2.

None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner, despite the case being called twice.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that the appointment letter has already been issued to the petitioner.

In view the statement made by learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is dismissed. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
