Mr. Vivek Salathia, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Jasjeet Dhaliwal, DAG, Punjab, for the respondent Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has made statement on the instructions of the authorities that the official respondents shall consider the representation within one month from the date it is moved by the petitioner for premature release as per the policy applicable in the case of the petitioner. It is made clear that the respondent-authorities would ensure that the orders so passed would be duly communicated to the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid position, learned counsel for the petitioner made statement withdrawing the present, however, reserving his right to knock the doors of this Court again if any eventuality so arises in future. Allowed to do so.
