In such circumstances, filing of the written response by the official respondents is dispensed with.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioners have initially appeared before the trial Court and even now they are ready to face the trial, impugned order dated 12.11.2024 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sonipat (Annexure P-4) is quashed subject to the condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the trial Court within a period of 10 days from today.

Upon the appearance of the petitioners within the stipulated period, the trial Court shall consider and decide the bail application filed by the petitioners on the same day.
