(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that let the present case be disposed of in terms of the order dated 2.9.2014 passed by a Division Bench of the Delhi High Court in W.P.(c) 3047 of 2013 (Ghanshyam Vishwakarma Vs. Union of India and others). The abovesaid order passed by the Delhi High Court was placed on record as Annexure P-13 and following order was passed by this Court on the last date of hearing :- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present case is covered by a Division Bench order dated 2.9.2014 passed by the Delhi High Court appended at Annexure P-13.

Learned counsel for the respondents seeks time to get instructions.

On his request, adjourned to 13.1.2015."
