******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Subhash Chand submits that it has been verified by the police that marriage of petitioner is fixed for 31.07.2017 and he has been allowed interim bail on this ground in a case bearing FIR No. 87 of 2011 registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj (South), New Delhi by the Special Court under POCSO Act. Keeping in view above fact, the instant petition is allowed and petitioner is directed to be released for a period of three weeks from today so as to enable him to attend marriage and other related functions, on his furnishing bail bond and surety bond to the satisfaction of concerned jail authorities. The petitioner will also furnish an undertaking that he will not misuse the concession of his release or indulge in any illegal activity during this period. He will surrender before the jail authorities on the day his period of release expires.
