NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Perusal of the order sheets shows that the matter pertains to the year 2018 and notice is yet to the issued in the matter. Further, it has been revealed that when this matter was listed for hearing for the first time on 20.09.2018, the same was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner; whereas on the last date of hearing i.e. 14.01.2019, the petitioner had gone un-represented. Today also for the 2nd time, the petitioner had gone un-represented, despite the case having been called twice. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or her counsel is no more interested in pursuing the present revision petition. In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
