*** Status report by way of affidavit of Anil Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kosli, District Rewari filed. The same be taken on record.

The alleged detenue Aarti has been produced by ASI Dinesh Kumar from Police Station Jatusana, District Rewari. Aarti has given her age as 20 years stating that she is residing with her parental family of her on and is not being illegally detained by them. She states that she does not want to reside with Tarsem Singh-petitioner. Since Aarti is a major and as per her statement, she is not being illegally detained by private respondents no. 5 to 7 and is living with them of her own. Therefore no further action in the matter is required.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
