**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nominations of the petitioners were rejected by the Returning Officer on 12.07.2022 by observing that petitioner No.1 belongs to BC category and he has filled his nomination form in general category. Nomination of petitioner No.2 was rejected on the ground that he was not an active member under the HCS record.

Grievance of the petitioners is that the Returning Officer has intentionally kept the record pending and no copy of order was supplied to the petitioners on 12.07.2022, rather the same has been made available to the petitioners on 16.07.2022. CWP-15801-2022 The election process has already started. There is no ground to interfere in this writ petition, however petitioners if so, advised may approach the Registrar Co-operative Society, Haryana or Deputy Registrar Co-operative Society, Karnal on the strength of their representations dated 19.07.2022 and 18.07.2022 respectively.

In the event of making reference by the petitioners, respondents No.2 and 3 shall proceed to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
