Reply by way of affidavit of Kala Ram Kansal, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Patran District Patiala has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. Learned State counsel has drawn the attention of the court to para 1 thereof. Same reads as under:- "1. That the contents of Para No. 1 of the petition are admitted to the extent that the petitioner is resident of State of Punjab and citizen of India. However, no cause of action has arisen to the petitioners to invoke the extra ordinary writ jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court, because subsistence allowance amounts to Rs. 10,000/- for the month of August and September 2016 has already been transferred in the bank account No. 36061421513 with State Bank of India, Moga vide office order No. 26/R.R.A dated 12.10.2016 and Govt. sanction has been sought for making payment of Rs. 7,25,000/- to the petitioner towards subsistence allowance vide letter No. 455/R.R.A. dated 04.08.2017 (Annexure R-3) "
In view of above, it appears that no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby disposed of.
