Learned State counsel submits that husband of petitioner, namely, Parminder Singh @ Bittu was apprehended by the police on 11.07.2017 in a case bearing FIR No. 118 dated 11.07.2017, registered at Police Station Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur for offence punishable under Section 25 of the Arms Act.

In view of reply filed by State, no further action required to be taken.

Dismissed.
