NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Perusal of the order sheets shows that the petitioner had gone un-represented for the last 05 dates i.e. 02.07.2018, 29.08.2018, 29.10.2018, 22.04.2019 and 08.08.2023.
Even today for the sixth time the petitioner has gone un-represented, despite the case having been called twice. The matter pertains to the year 2018 and notice is yet to be issued in the matter. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is not interested in pursuing the instant revision petition. In view of the above, the instant revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
