H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has filed short reply by way of affidavit of Sher Singh, Superintendent of Prison, District Prison, Karnal, in terms of which petitioner has been granted 26 days agriculture parole by the competent authority vide order dated 14.9.2017 and that the petitioner would be released on parole on submission of surety bonds to the satisfaction of District Magistrate, Shamli (UP).

It being so, no cause of action survives to the petitioner to proceed further with the petition. The same stands dismissed accordingly.
