The petitioner's grievance is that the village government property is being occupied by respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the Government is not taking appropriate steps in the manner in which the Supreme Court had directed that the Government shall act to evict persons in unlawful possession of common property. The writ petition will be taken up as representation to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 who will take appropriate action pursuant to the petitioner's complaint if it is found that the property is the property of the Government and it is in unlawful occupation of any private individual.
