HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is for quashing of FIR No.85 dated 28.06.2019 (Annexure P-1), registered under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Meharban, District Ludhiana, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise effected into between the parties.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
