RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In compliance of order dated 23.05.2017, affidavit of Mandeep Singh Sidhu, PPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, District Sangrur, has been filed. The same is taken on record. According to the affidavit, parties have compromised the matter and now the complainant does not want any action against anybody.

In view of above, present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution as well as on merits on account of compromise of the petitioner with the alleged accused persons.
