Prayer in the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari seeking quashing of retirement award dated 06.11.2015 (Annexure P-4) whereby the industrial dispute reference has been decided in the favour of respondent No.1.
